Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your location within the EU.

Yes — every price on our site includes VAT. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.

Absolutely. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to return any product, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at info@redlinemoto.gr with your order number to start a return.

We work with trusted EU-based suppliers who ship directly to you. This keeps prices competitive while ensuring quality control.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card details are processed securely — we never see or store them.

Currently we ship to all EU member states. We're exploring international shipping and will update our site when it becomes available.

Contact us immediately at info@redlinemoto.gr with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — all products are covered by a 2-year EU legal guarantee.
