Agreement

By placing an order on redlinemoto.gr, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You must complete payment to place an order.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery times are estimates (5–12 business days). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. We ship to Greece and the EU.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

We are liable for product defects under the 2-year EU legal guarantee. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes may be resolved via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
